Daily Hand-over vs Entry Panel
Per courier: how many parcels the warehouse said it handed over on the chosen date, vs how many actually show up in the Entry Panel the next day (). Highlighted rows mean fewer entries were made than were handed to that courier — a missing parcel. Use Cover Off to explain it.

Shown on the login screen and in the top header, in place of the default box icon. Best as a small square-ish image (under ~800KB).
Parcel Name Label
What the main identifier field is called everywhere in the app (e.g. "Invoice ID", "Parcel Name", "Consignment No."). This field is always required, and must be unique — duplicate entries are blocked.

Subtitle text shown above the entry form inside the Team Leader tab, for staff on the Entry team.

Recovery Trigger Status
Any parcel whose status matches one (or more) of these becomes visible to every Recovery-capability team, org-wide.
Day-wise Team Escalation
A parcel's age (by calendar day) is checked continuously and it's automatically moved to the mapped team as soon as the date changes. Applies only to parcels still on a team in this chain — parcels manually moved elsewhere (Support, Recovery, etc.) are left alone. A parcel on a status marked Final (locks parcel) is never auto-moved — it stays locked on its current day and team.
Teams & Capabilities
Add teams, set the entry team, and give a team a special capability: Leader (cross-team overview + bulk reassign), Support (find-any-parcel desk + handover), Recovery (sees every parcel org-wide stuck at the chosen Recovery status), or Warehouse (logs daily courier hand-over counts from the godown).
Warehouse Entry Date
Choose how the "Log Courier Hand-over" date is set for Warehouse staff. Today always uses the current date with no picker (as it works now). Calendar shows a date picker so staff can log a batch against any chosen day.
Warehouse Panel Note
Warehouse staff can add a note each time they log a courier hand-over. Turn this on to make the note mandatory before they can save.
Dashboard — Status Parcels
Controls the Day 1/2/3/4+ box and the "Parcels — All Statuses" reference list shown below the Status breakdown on the Dashboard tab.
Statuses
Define every status a parcel can have, whether it locks the parcel (final), and what extra info it requires.
Option Lists
Used by dropdown/checklist statuses above (e.g. Return Reasons, Partial Products). Add a brand-new list here too.
Invoice Entry
Extra info tracked on every parcel (phone, address, courier, etc.) — independent from status logic above. Rename any field or mark it Required — a required field must be filled in or the parcel can't be created/updated.
